Online Renewal for CNA's is now available through the Arizona State Board of Nursing website. To renew a certificate, login to My Services. If you do not know your Usernamd and PIN Code, you may use the Login Retrieval page to obtain your Username and PIN Code. Once logged in, click on the "Renew a License/Certificate" button to begin the renewal process.
