To complete an RN or LPN license verification for endorsement, submit the request through www.nursys.com and select Request Verification. The Nursys verification fee is $30.00 per verification sent. For a list of participating states, visit https://www.nursys.com/NLV/NLVJurisdictions.aspx.

If the state you are endorsing to does not participate in Nursys verification, you will need to submit a $50.00 license verification payment through the Arizona State Board of Nursing's online payment system and send an email to [email protected]. You will need to provide a receipt of your license verification payment, license number for verification, and to whom you want the license verification to be sent to, an address or email address must be provided. Verifications can take up to 3 weeks to be sent.

Statement of locations where all notices of the meetings of the Arizona State Board of Nursing will be posted.

Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.02(A)(1)(a), the Arizona State Board of Nursing will post all notices of the meetings of the Arizona State Board of Nursing Meetings and any of its committees and subcommittees on the Board's website at www.azbn.gov. Notices will indicate the date, time, and place of the meeting and will include an agenda or information concerning the manner in which the public may obtain an agenda for the meeting.
