It will ask you for your Username & PIN Code. Just below, you can click on:  “USERNAME AND PIN CODE REQUEST.”   It will be sent to you by email. 

Online renewals happen instantly. You and your employer will be able to verify your license online as soon as you renew. In addition, you will be able to print out your license as soon as you renew.

Individuals who will NOT be permitted to renew online:

  • Inactive or retired status

  • Living abroad and no U.S. address

  • No social security number

  • Has not completed required employment hours

  • Needs to retrain or take a refresher course

  • Insufficient funds notice from us in the past

  • License or certificate has been revoked, suspended, or denied

  • Charged or convicted of a felony

Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.02(A)(1)(a), the Arizona State Board of Nursing will post all notices of the meetings of the Arizona State Board of Nursing Meetings and any of its committees and subcommittees on the Board's website at Notices will indicate the date, time, and place of the meeting and will include an agenda or information concerning the manner in which the public may obtain an agenda for the meeting.
