  1. Does the Board have a list of employers that will hire nurses on agreements?

    The Board does not assist with job placement, however, if you need clarification on the terms of employment, please refer to the employment section of your agreement.

  2. Am I able to volunteer to satisfy my work requirement?

    Yes, you may volunteer as a nurse, however, all terms of employment as outlined in your Board agreement will apply to include supervision.

  3. Am I able to work telephonically from home without supervision?

    Most agreements with the Board require supervision. Please refer to the terms of supervision in your agreement with the Board.

  4. Does the Board have a list of approved evaluators?

    Yes, the Board does have a list of approved evaluators depending on the type of evaluator that is required. Please request this information from the Compliance staff.

  5. Will I receive a copy of the evaluation?

    Yes, the evaluator will provide you with a copy. If you have not received it, please request this from your evaluator.

  6. What do I need to submit to have a course approved?

    Please refer to your agreement with the Board and submit a course outline to the Compliance department for approval.

  7. Are there refresher courses available for nurses on an agreement with the Board?

    Yes, however, it depends on the school. Please contact the school directly.

  8. What is the best way to submit my reports?

    Submit reports electronically through your Recovery Trek participant portal.

  9. What is my reporting schedule?

    Reporting schedules are outlined in the Board agreement and upcoming due dates are noted in your Recovery Trek portal.

  10. Can I move to another State?

    Please make your request to move to another state in writing. Please contact Compliance staff for additional information regarding relocation out of state while in an agreement with the Board.

    Please contact Recovery Trek for information on collection sites and hours.
