On March 31, 2022, the Arizona State Board of Nursing approved a consent agreement previously signed by Aspen University Nursing Program representatives. The consent agreement does not permit new student admissions into the core nursing program in 2022, and only after the program has achieved a first time NCLEX pass rate of 80% or higher for four quarters . Current students already in the core nursing program are permitted to continue in the program under the terms of the agreement.
